The following terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

PRICING

Products are purchased by us in American Dollar’s. Prices will be reviewed every six months due to varying exchange rate. Whilst we make every effort to keep the prices down as much as possible, they are subject to change. You will always be charged how they appear on the current web page.

DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be processed and delivered. However some special orders may take longer and you would be notified if that were the case. WingedWhiteDragon.co.uk will take all reasonable steps to deliver your order within the time indicated. However, we will not be under any liability to you in respect of any failure to deliver within this timescale or on any particular day or dates.

Shipping charges are worked out during checkout according to total weight. There are normally 2-3 shipping options available. All orders are sent Royal Mail 1^st Class, City Link or via another reputable carrier. City Link options are normally a next working day service. Please make sure someone will be in to receive your delivery as further charges may apply if more than two delivery attempts are made. All deliveries must be fully inspected upon delivery as insurance will not be valid for deliveries signed for undamaged or not inspected. Northern Ireland and other offshore islands must select Royal Mail postage options only. Royal Mail 1^st class deliveries are aimed at 1-2 days delivery. Royal Mail Standard Parcels is normally a 3-5 day service provided to all of UK including offshore islands. However please allow up to 2 weeks for all Royal Mail deliveries. All Royal Mail services may be delayed during busy mail periods.

If you do however wish to collect the goods personally, please e-mail us to this effect so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION/ RETURNS

If you are a consumer you have the right, to cancel the contract and receive a full or partial refund for items purchased.

You must inform us by e-mail of your desire to cancel within seven working days commencing on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You then have a reasonable period of 7 days to return the goods to us.

You must return the goods to us at your cost in an unused and re-saleable condition and we advise you to insure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.

We shall refund the amount of money within 30 days of cancellation by e-mail from you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer..

At the moment we are a home based company with a retail outlet at Garratt’s Hair & Beauty salon, Stirling.

Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. The laws of Scotland shall govern the contract between us and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Scotland. We operate a complaints handling procedure, which we will use to try to resolve any disputes when they first arise.

A copy of these terms and conditions and your order may not be kept by us and advise you print a copy of them for your information in the future.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons ; firstly to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us of from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information that we hold securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law and the Which? Web Trade Code.
